Indian Guru’s Diet

This diet was developed by one of their great spiritual teachers of India, guru Yogananda his diet has properties such as:

  • cleansing the body at the cellular level, weight loss and rejuvenation;
  • acceleration of metabolism;
  • healing of internal organs, health promotion;
  • increase the overall energy level.

On this diet, you can easily lose 5 kg. in a week. The diet lasts 9 days and is very simple. At this time it is necessary to completely abandon salt and sugar. Quench your thirst with clean water only and consume during the day:

  • 2 grapefruits
  • 1 lemon
  • 5 pieces of oranges;
  • any cooked vegetable of your choice (except potatoes) in unlimited quantity;
  • raw vegetable salad (from any vegetables, in any quantities);
  • 1 Cup of freshly squeezed orange juice;
  • 3 glasses of “live drink” (one before each meal).

“Live drink” is prepared in the morning for the current day.

Finely chop 2 stalks of celery and 5 carrots. Put the vegetables in a pan and pour one liter of boiling water. Cook on low heat under a closed lid for about 10 minutes. As soon as the vegetables are boiled, throw a handful of chopped greens (parsley, spinach, dill) into the pan. Leave to languish for another 10 minutes. Strain the broth through cheesecloth and cool.

Meal order:

  • In the morning on an empty stomach drink two glasses of water adding lemon juice.
  • For Breakfast, drink a glass of prepared drink and eat a grapefruit in 20 minutes.
  • At lunch a glass of drink and after 20 minutes. vegetable salad.
  • For dinner a drink after 20 minutes a boiled vegetable, seasoned with crushed lemon.

There are oranges during the day. Drink orange juice before going to bed.
