This diet was developed by one of their great spiritual teachers of India, guru Yogananda his diet has properties such as:
- cleansing the body at the cellular level, weight loss and rejuvenation;
- acceleration of metabolism;
- healing of internal organs, health promotion;
- increase the overall energy level.
On this diet, you can easily lose 5 kg. in a week. The diet lasts 9 days and is very simple. At this time it is necessary to completely abandon salt and sugar. Quench your thirst with clean water only and consume during the day:
- 2 grapefruits
- 1 lemon
- 5 pieces of oranges;
- any cooked vegetable of your choice (except potatoes) in unlimited quantity;
- raw vegetable salad (from any vegetables, in any quantities);
- 1 Cup of freshly squeezed orange juice;
- 3 glasses of “live drink” (one before each meal).
“Live drink” is prepared in the morning for the current day.
Finely chop 2 stalks of celery and 5 carrots. Put the vegetables in a pan and pour one liter of boiling water. Cook on low heat under a closed lid for about 10 minutes. As soon as the vegetables are boiled, throw a handful of chopped greens (parsley, spinach, dill) into the pan. Leave to languish for another 10 minutes. Strain the broth through cheesecloth and cool.
- In the morning on an empty stomach drink two glasses of water adding lemon juice.
- For Breakfast, drink a glass of prepared drink and eat a grapefruit in 20 minutes.
